How long will my garment take to alter?
Depending on the magnitude of the alteration, it takes 2-3 working days. We do offer an express service at an additional cost.
How much is it?
Our most popular alterations are stated. If you can't find the alteration you are looking for please either come in with your garment or contact us.
What if you damage my items?
We are in the business of doing the “risky” services. That’s said, we operate a zero-harm policy. If we feel there is a meaningful risk that we can’t control, we will first explain this to you (in a way you understand) and obtain your permission. In the unlikely event that we do damage something, we have insurance for this.
Can you visit me at my office or home?
If you want us to come to a convenient place for you, we can. We charge a callout fee depending on how far it is.
